Fitri Deliana is a dedicated educator and pharmaceutical professional with a wealth of experience in both academia and industry. As a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy at Syiah Kuala University, she focuses on shaping future pharmaceutical experts by fostering a learning environment that emphasizes both knowledge and attitude. In her role as a QA/QC/Regulatory Officer at INOVAC Cooperative, she ensures the quality assurance of Class B cosmetics and household health supplies, meticulously overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, including BPOM registrations. Her expertise in pharmaceutical formulation and product development is rooted in her background in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) from UTS, which she incorporates into her teaching by sharing practical industry insights. Among her achievements, Fitri has received the AAS scholarship for her Master’s degree, secured significant discounts on product registrations for INOVAC, and developed batch numbering systems. Looking ahead, she aims to establish a small-scale teaching pharmaceutical factory at the university and elevate INOVAC’s classification from B to A. Driven by her core values of kindness, collaboration, and professionalism, Fitri is passionate about formulation, particularly creating solutions for eczema in infants and toddlers using sustainable materials.
